Chevas Bergamia – 20gr

Geisha Fresa is an elegant, delicate and unique coffee like strawberry. Its name is
inspired by the fruity aroma during fermentation relation to the smell of the open
fermentation tank. This competition coffee is one of our signatures and is the first
process we created with water with saccharomy cerevisiae yeast, for 12 days at
15°C for 12 days giving a beautiful experience of a good combination of process
and terroir.
