Papua Bpiri – 100gr

Filter beans from Bpiri with a crisp, bright, and structured flavor. Grown at 2068 MASL in the Jayawijaya mountain range, this Typica variety is processed by Bang Dholi Karim using a selective red-cherry approach to highlight its natural apple-like acidity and floral character.

Processed in Bpiri, Papua Highlands — the cherries are hand-selected, floated, and pulped using a traditional pulper. The mucilage is open-fermented for 48 hours to enhance fruit clarity before being fully washed and dried inside a greenhouse at controlled humidity (50–70%) and temperatures ranging from 18–35°C for about 10 days. The parchment is dried to ideal moisture before hulling and grading, ensuring a clean and expressive cup profile.
