NUGUO GEISHA NATURAL (FERMENTED LOT) undergoes a
meticulous processing method, beginning with a fermentation
process that spans approximately 3.5 to 4 days at a constant
temperature of 32°C. Following fermentation, the beans are
carefully dried in a controlled environment, maintaining a room
temperature of 24°C and 60% humidity. This drying process
continues until the beans’ humidity level reaches 14%, at which
point they are further dried at 28°C until reaching 11% humidity.
