Esmeralda Special – GIGANTE

Gigante 2ASN was harvest from the Gigante lot in Haciendad La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes farm on February 7, 2022. After harvest, the cofffee cherries were put in a sealed tank to anaerobically ferment for 120 hours. After fermentation, the coffee cherries were slow dried on raised beds for 45 days and then for an additional 12 hours on concrete patio. Gigante 2ASN showcases notes of jasmine, tamarinds, tropical fruits and bergamot. This delicious and elegant floral geisha is sweet, bright and balanced.
